The process
How your artwork gets made
There's no complicated ordering system here — you tell us what you'd like, we design it, you approve it, and then we print it in Yorkshire. You choose the card. We'll help with the rest.

Six steps, start to finish
2. Choose your set and size
2 to 12 panels, at standard card size or a custom fit measured to your own pockets.
3. Choose your finish
Vaultd Gloss (120gsm), HD Gloss (200gsm) or Ultra Gloss (250gsm).
4. Approve the proof
We email the artwork before printing. Nothing goes on paper until you're happy with it.
5. We print, cut and check
Printed nine-up on A4 at 100% actual size, trimmed by hand and checked by eye.
6. Packed and posted
Posted flat and protected for £1.75 anywhere in the UK.
The Vaultd standard
- Cut size 63.5 × 88.9 mm — the standard trading card size.
- Printed double-sided with the Vaultd back on every panel.
- Laid out nine-up on A4 at 100% actual size.
- Three photo gloss weights: 120gsm, 200gsm and 250gsm.
- Custom fit available for unusual pockets — see custom-fit artwork.
What you'll get (and what you won't)
- You'll receive physical printed artwork, cut and ready to slide into your pockets.
- Trading cards, binders and pocket pages aren't included.
- This is decorative collector artwork, not an official or playable trading card.
- Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished print.
- Postage and packaging is £1.75 per UK order, not per item.
Common questions
- Will the panels fit my binder?
- Our standard panels are cut to 63.5 × 88.9 mm, the same as most trading cards, so they fit normal nine-pocket pages. If your pockets are an unusual size, we'll cut a custom fit to your measurements.
- Do I send you my card?
- Never. Your card stays with you — we only print the artwork that goes around it.
- Are the prints double-sided?
- Yes. Every panel has the Vaultd back printed on the reverse as standard.
- How long does an order take?
- We aim to dispatch within two working days of you approving the proof. Personalised designs take a little longer because we design them first.
- How much is postage?
- Flat £1.75 per UK order, however many items you buy. Orders are posted flat and protected.
