Standard binder artwork

If a standard artwork set isn't right, let us know within 14 days of delivery and return it unused and in its original condition for a refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Personalised artwork

Personalised trainer and pet artwork is made to order from your photo, so it's exempt from the standard right to cancel once printing has started. That's exactly why we send a proof by email first — nothing goes to print until you've approved it, and you can ask for changes or cancel for a full refund at the proof stage.

Damaged or faulty

If anything arrives damaged, or the print isn't right, email support@vaultdartwork.co.uk within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
