Privacy policy

Vaultd is a small family business in Yorkshire. We only collect the information we need to make your artwork and get it to you.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email address and order details, plus any photos and personalisation notes you send us for personalised artwork.

How we use it

To create your artwork, send you a proof, process and dispatch your order, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data or send marketing you haven't asked for.

Payments

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Your photos

Photos you send are used to produce your artwork. We won't share them or use them in our own marketing without asking you first, and we delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@vaultdartwork.co.uk and we'll sort it.
